Tobago to Trinidad Singlehanded 09/12/2009 - 00:03:41 | Lucas Tauil de Freitas

After almost two years, there I was, sailing again singlehanded. Sleeping after departure showed to be impossible. I left two hours before the planned time, what was acctualy good for the arrival at Monos passage, where the current can build up to three knots. Click here for more

Pirates Bay -- Santa Paz moored in Tobago 25/11/2009 - 20:44:00 | Lucas

We arrived today at 14h00 UTC in Charlottesville Tobago. The thirteen days crossing from Natal was good. We left Natal with fair winds blowing 25 to 30 knots from starboard -- 120 degrees. We opened more to east than planned to avoid winds on the stern. The current on the way was wonderfull two to three knots on our direction. Perfect. Click here for more details.

Santa Paz Sailing Expeditions 01/11/2009 - 18:27:28 | Lucas

Our proposal onboard Santa Paz is to share our sailing experience with other sailors who wish to take their own ocean passages. People interested in having a real live aboard experience and willing to learn how to plan and operate their own cruises. Our crew also includes people willing to surpass emotional limits and to live intense companionship experiences close to the extremes of nature, sea and wind.
