Santa Paz was our family home for two years. Built in 1994 by the Sweedish boatyard Harlberg Rassy, our 39 footer is a German Frers design equiped for a round the world cruise. Hull number 62, Santa Paz is a state of the art bluewater cruiser.

The ship is equiped with Raytheon electronics (Radar, Plotter, ST6000 wind, speed, depht, compass and autopilot systems) and caries three GPSs.

An ICOM SSB radio and two VHFs are available for communications. For Internet connections we have an SSB modem that can check the forcast and send emails from the middle of the ocean. Close to shore we have a fast wirelles connection based on the mobile phone network.

We also cary a Pacific Plus wind pilot and lots of sails. The ship dinghy is a three meters Rib with an eight horse power outboard.

The boat has pressurized cold and hot water on all taps, and stores 450 liters of water. A water maker dessalinates water on the way and a Diesel Fisher Panda generator fills the three bateries their 500 Amp/hours.

The boat is also equiped with an ocean crossing first aid kit and all kinds of safety gear.

We have a V berth cabin on the bow, and a stern cabin that can host a couple and a single person, on the sallon we can also host a couple and a single person.

The toilet is roomy and allow you to shower standing up
